1. Core Product Specifications

U-Channel Construction: 6063-T6 aluminum with anodized matte black finish (scratch-resistant, passed 5000-cycle wear test). Dimensions: 50mm (H) × 30mm (W) with 22mm inner width, supporting 16mm-wide LED strips. Lightweight design (0.8kg/m) for ceiling load compatibility.
Diffuser: Frosted acrylic diffuser with micro-prism structure, eliminating LED dot glare and achieving 120° beam angle for uniform light spread.
LED Integration: High-CRI (Ra ≥ 90, R9 ≥ 50) 24V LED strips (24W/m, 2400lm/m) with tunable white (3000K-5000K) technology. flicker-free (≤ 1% flicker rate) to reduce eye fatigue.
Thermal Management: Aluminum housing with grooved heat dissipation structure (thermal conductivity 180W/(m·K)), maintaining LED junction temperature, 50,000-hour lifespan.
Mounting Options: Dual-installation design – recessed (for open-plan areas) and surface-mounted (for private offices) with quick-connect brackets, reducing installation time by 35%.

2. Zone-Specific Implementation

Storefront Windows: Recessed U-channels installed along window perimeters, creating a “wall washing” effect that highlights merchandise textures without reflections.
Atrium & Corridors: Suspended U-channels arranged in linear arrays, providing ambient illumination with 270° bidirectional light distribution (upward for ceiling accent, downward for pathway safety).
Display Shelves: Under-shelf-mounted U-channels with low-profile design (17mm × 7mm), delivering focused task lighting for product details while remaining concealed.
