As cities embrace green infrastructure, Joinsda introduces aluminum systems tailored for vertical gardens — merging structural support with sustainability to transform walls, balconies, and facades into lush urban oases.
The Modular Aluminum Green Wall Frame is the centerpiece: lightweight (20kg/m²) yet strong enough to support 150kg/m² of soil, plants, and irrigation systems. Its corrosion-resistant alloy (6063 T5) withstands constant moisture, while pre-drilled holes simplify the attachment of planters. A 10-story office building in Singapore used 2,000m² of these frames to create a living facade, reducing ambient temperature by 3°C and improving air quality.
For residential spaces, the Balcony Vertical Garden Kit includes aluminum rails (adjustable to 60-120cm widths) and hanging planter brackets, compatible with herbs, flowers, or small shrubs. The rails feature integrated drip irrigation channels, preventing water damage to balconies — a key concern for apartment dwellers in Tokyo and New York.
Commercial projects benefit from the Green Curtain Wall System, which combines aluminum frames with climbing plant trellises. Used in a Paris shopping mall, the system reduced indoor cooling needs by 22% while enhancing brand image as an eco-friendly destination.
All components are 100% recyclable and compatible with Joinsda’s existing sustainable product line, earning recognition from the World Green Building Council. “Urban greening shouldn’t require sacrificing durability,” said the R&D lead. “Our aluminum systems let cities grow vertically without compromise.”
