Joinsda’s Global Market Expansion – Strengthening Presence in 150+ Countries

Shenzhen Joinsda Technology and Engineering Co., Ltd. is accelerating its global expansion strategy, building on its existing presence in over 150 countries to better serve clients with localized support, faster delivery, and region-specific product adaptations. With 21 years of export experience, the company’s growth initiatives focus on emerging markets, strategic partnerships, and enhanced distribution networks.

A key pillar of the expansion is the establishment of regional distribution hubs, starting with Lagos (Nigeria) and São Paulo (Brazil), set to open in Q1 2025. These hubs will stock popular products—including aluminum fences, pergolas, and window systems—reducing delivery times to sub-Saharan Africa and South America from 45 days to 7-10 days. Local warehouses will also enable faster after-sales support, including technical assistance, replacement parts, and installation training for contractors.

“Proximity to clients lets us understand and adapt to regional needs,” said the global sales director. In Africa, Joinsda is modifying its aluminum fences to resist termite damage (a common issue in tropical regions) by adding insect-repellent coatings to posts. In South America, pergolas are being upgraded with enhanced UV protection (powder coatings with 95% UV reflection) to withstand intense sunlight in countries like Brazil and Argentina.

Strategic partnerships are another focus, with Joinsda collaborating with local distributors, architects, and construction firms to expand market reach. In Europe, the company has partnered with a leading building materials retailer to stock its aluminum products in 200+ stores, targeting residential and commercial renovation markets. In Southeast Asia, a joint venture with a Thai construction firm will focus on large-scale projects—including resorts and residential complexes—leveraging local expertise in regional building codes.

Production capacity is being scaled to meet growing demand: Joinsda’s Shenzhen facility (equipped with 18 extruding lines and advanced processing workshops) is expanding to increase output by 30% by 2026. A new production plant in Mexico is also planned for 2027, aiming to serve the North American market with reduced shipping costs and faster lead times (targeting 3-5 day delivery to the US and Canada).

To support expansion, Joinsda is investing in multilingual customer service, with teams fluent in English, Spanish, French, German, and Mandarin to assist clients worldwide. The company also participates in international trade shows—including BAU (Germany), CONEXPO (US), and BATIMAT (France)—to showcase new products and connect with potential partners.

“Our goal is to be more than a supplier—we want to be a trusted partner in every market we serve,” said the CEO. “By combining global expertise with local insights, we’re ensuring our aluminum products meet the unique needs of clients, whether they’re building a backyard fence in Australia or a high-rise in Dubai.”

What Aluminum Grade Should I Use?

Aluminum profiles are the most widely used lightweight metal material in industrial manufacturing, building decoration, aerospace, automated equipment construction and other scenarios. However, many purchasers, designers and engineers are faced with the same core question: which grade of aluminum should I use? The strength, corrosion resistance, processing performance, appearance and application scenarios of different aluminum grades vary greatly. Choosing the wrong grade of aluminum will lead to surface defects, processing difficulties, cost waste, and other problems, or lead to structural deformation of the equipment, corrosion and damage, significantly shorten the service life, and even lead to potential safety hazards. In this article, we will comprehensively dismantle the core definition of aluminum grade, the characteristics of various alloy series, the advantages and disadvantages of mainstream industrial aluminum models, the core difference between 6061 and 6063, the selection of misunderstandings and professional selection techniques, to help you quickly and accurately match the grade of aluminum with the project, avoid the selection risk, and control the overall cost.
